Minglewood Wheat Whiskey is a unique offering compared to our Bourbons. Unlike Bourbon, this whiskey is made with 70% Red Winter Wheat and 30% Yellow Corn. The high-wheat mash bill creates a highly approachable and smooth whiskey. Known primarily as a "Sipping Whiskey," Wheat Whiskey is also great in cocktails such as Whiskey Sour, Old Fashioned, and Kentucky Buck.

The Bottle-in-Bond Act was implemented into Federal law on March 3, 1897. The purpose of the act was to bring more transparency to the shady whiskey industry of the late 1800s. Today the designation is a sign of authenticity and high quality. Minglewood Bottled-in-Bond Wheat Whiskey captures our true essence. Produced by us, aged on-site, and bottled at our facility, it features the finest grains, grown locally specifically for us. Each label proudly indicates the single barrel selected and bottle number.
