Bottle Shop and Ice Plant
It is time again for our 9th Annual Bourbon Barrel Celebration! Each year a Bourbon Barrel is placed in the Bottle Shop from New Years to Valentine's Day, and guests are encouraged to come in and sign the barrel! Once the barrel is filled on Feb 14, it becomes the FIRST Bourbon Barrel of the year. Guests are invited back every following year to sample the Bourbon as it ages. Eventually the Bourbon will be bottled, and signers get first dibs on those Bottles. Previous Signers can expect to relieve tasting vouchers via mail in early January 2026.

Cocktail Class in Ice Plant

Join us for an exclusive bourbon experience in the Ice Plant at Minglewood Distilling. Sample (4) of our exclusive bourbons and choose your favorites to create (2) curated cocktails (with help from our bartenders of course!). While you sip your cocktails enjoy a guided tour of our distillery and barrel storage room while learning all about Wooster's very own bourbon distillery. Cheese plate included. Tickets are $60 per guest and can be purchased through this link.
